You’ll enjoy FREE shipping on ALL domestic U.S. orders – no code needed! Just add a product (or two, or three!) to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual.
International shipping comes at an additional, automatically-calculated cost – enter your country at checkout to see shipping options available to you.
U.S. orders $150+ get FREE 2-day shipping, no code necessary.
Canada orders $150+ get FREE 2-day shipping, no code necessary.
U.K. orders $200+ get FREE 2-day shipping, no code necessary.
All domestic U.S. orders are processed 5-10 business days after payment, with free 2-7 day shipping on all orders.
Shipping on international orders typically takes a bit longer – enter your country at checkout to see shipping options available to you. Pre-orders take 5-12 business days to fulfill, we encourage customers to place them separately.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

This means that the address you gave us at checkout was incorrect, such as a missing apartment #, building #, zip code, etc.
There is a $5 replacement fee for orders under $30 and a $10 replacement fee for orders over $30. An invoice will be sent to you for payment and a new package will be sent out to you after confirming the new address with you.
