To receive a refund for damaged goods, lost or stolen goods please put in a claim to the shipping company that damaged/lost/stole the goods in transit.
If you had Route Package Protection you can easily resolve this situation by placing a claim here at: https://claims.route.com/ and you will be helped quickly in 24-48 hours.
Aphrodisiac Inc. is not responsible for stolen goods. It is your responsibility as the consumer to retrieve your goods when they are delivered.
Aphrodisiac Inc. is not liable for goods sent to the wrong address, It is your responsibility as the consumer to input the correct address. If you accidentally input the incorrect address you have 12 hours to send an email with the corrected address and your order number.
